Precautions for installation of guided wave radar level gauge:

① The rod probe and cable probe should be far away from the feed port as far as possible to avoid abrasion;

② The rod probe and cable probe shall keep a certain distance from the tank wall and bottom, and shall not contact with the metal tank wall and bottom;

③ When the tank wall adheres, the distance between the probe and the tank wall should be at least 100 mm;

④ The end of the probe shall be at least 100 mm away from the tank wall and the small distance from the tank bottom: Cable probe (150 mm); Rod probe (50 mm); Coaxial rod probe (10 mm);

⑤ The installation of rod probe and cable probe shall keep a distance of more than 300 mm from the installed tuning fork bracket and other equipment to avoid interference;

⑥ Select the appropriate installation position to avoid the probe bending during installation or operation;

⑦ Before installation, the probe should be checked for damage, and the installation should be carried out in the empty warehouse;

⑧ It is recommended to use this sample shield for outdoor installation;
