Two, the working principle

In airtight non magnetic conductivity tube fitted with one or more of the dry reed pipe, then the tube through one or more hollow and internal ring magnets floating ball, liquid level of the move up or down will drive the floating ball, which makes the non magnetic conductivity tube suction reed tube or disconnected, and outputs a switch signal.

IV. Selection Instructions:

According to the temperature, pressure, specific gravity, acid and alkali resistance of the tested object, please select the float balls of various specifications listed in the above table.

1, temperature: PVDF high temperature of 120℃, PP high temperature of 80℃, SUS304/316 high temperature of 200℃.

2. Pressure: the pressure of plastic float ball is 5kg/cm2, and the pressure of SUS float ball is 30kg/cm2.

3. Adhesion: the float ball with large ball and small specific gravity should be selected to overcome the liquid surface tension.

4, chemical: plastic material is suitable for acid and alkali places, if there is a temperature consideration should be used PVDF.

5, oil essence: metal material should be used.

6, specific gravity: float specific gravity SG must be less than the liquid to be measured, otherwise the float can not float.
